haha:D it is funny .. more becoz she is using msn from last 8 years...

It would not have funny if you do not use internet... My mom does not know about google or yahoo :o but thats ok, she lives traditional life and doesnt care for these online stuff...

My mom is using the exact same thing for the past 6! She thought she had to use MSN explorer just to get on the internet, what a waste of 20mb download speed.

Yes......LOL Got to love old people. My grandpa thinks that im joking when i tell him i work online. My dad had to tell him finaly that i make more money then he does lol.

Most of the older people are scared of computers and internet in general...

My grand parents never used a personal computer in their live...but they're happy, and that's all that counts.

Don't want to think about the stuff my kids and their kids will do what I'll be scared about then... :D

Good point.

You know that old adage "Today is what yesterday has been tomorrow"
:D:D:D

I was tickled silly when I got my first email from my mom back in the late '90s. At first I thought Rose? Who is this chick emailing me? Then I realised ... oh shit. Mom!

hahaha. I was away at university at the time, and did not even realise she knew my email address, nevermind what email was.

Unfortunately non of my grandparents have ever joined the digital age.

one time, my mom asked me where the delete button was on the keyboard.

i felt like a nerd after showing her where it was.

Neither side of my grandparents have ever used a computer at all.

And most of my entire family has trouble telling between the search engine bar and the web address bar...or spending $800 on a laptop but not leaving an internet connection in the budget.

Lol got to love them $800 laptops that you cant surf the web with........Its not like im 15 or 16 i mean im 23 and my grams 65. Now after reading the replies i guess she is doing pretty good for her age lol Thanks for the replies everyone.
