hello guys, need some advice here. Lately after i make a new campaign, and after the review is success i cant see my ads in google search. Looks like my account got freeze. The account have the money to spend, but still no click and no impression, and after a few hours the account is suspended. Anyone know how to fix this?

OK, so, most probably the account suspension reason shows as due to suspicious payment, and therefore you will think "Oh, damn, that card / that vcc / the billing details, etc".
Bear in mind that in 99% of cases where a Google Ads account suspension reason shows as due to suspicious payment, in reality it has NOTHING to do with payment / card / vcc / billing. Even if suspension reason shows as due to suspicious payment, in 99% of such cases, it is because of a campaign setup that has pissed off the algorithms of Google Ads and / or a landing page that has pissed off the algorithms of Google Ads.
How can you fix it ? There are LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of factors in a campaign setup / landing page which can piss offf the algorithms of Google Ads. No one except you know(s) your campaign setup & landing page, so only you are in a postition to find out what in your campaign setup / landing page has pissed off the algorithms of Google Ads.
Now, here is a sad part : What most people do not understand and refuse to understand, is that in 99% of cases where a Google Ads account suspension reason shows as due to suspicious payment, in reality it has NOTHING to do with payment / card / vcc / billing, so when they get accounts suspended showing as suspended due to suspicious payment, they wrongly think that it is due to payment / card / vcc / billing and they keep doing the same blunders with their campaign setups & landing pages and then keep getting their accounts suspended.

Google Ads algorithms use AI for reviews and nowadays the AI is so "touchy" that even a certain single pissy sentence structure / pissy sentence construction is the ad headline(s) / ad description(s) / landing page can trigger Google Ads algorithms to "think" that "This f__ker is trying to trick (circumvent) Google Ads systems, so let us suspend this account". And, oh yes, it would still show as suspended due to suspicious payment, in such cases.
