I can tell that our morals and values are completely different. That's fine, humans are made to disagree. If you felt right about taking that deal then who am I to tell you differently. I'm glad for you that you're a success story regarding IM.
To add onto that, I don't know the details of the deal, and therefore I'm not qualified to speak on the matter. I apologise for doing so and from what I can see, the deal seemed moderately fair.

Big respect, rare to meet a businessman that can see both ways. What I'm trying to say is, I built the empire and made my cash from it. I knew and know it still has potential someone just needs the same connections as I've had. I didn't know if he had sponsors, friends or whatever I just knew he had 17.5k for me and I had more winning projects, more potential to fund and enough cash to do it already.
One question, why didn't you give him access to your sponsors? That would be fair.

Reading it again, it seems like a good deal for both parties. I was just caught off guard by the way you phrased it. I took it as him buying a dying site because he didn't know any better. But from what I can see, that's not the case.

My sponsors were more long term friends that wanted to profit off me, I can use said sponsors for said bigger projects I've got going and working on why would I dish them out to competition?
+ all he'd have to do is search up the sites name that he bought to find said sponsors, I never messaged any of my friends and said don't work with him I just didn't give him connections to my sponsors. He can find what he can find, he can find his own connections as far as I'm concerned but there's no point on me making competition for myself by giving someone I sold something to something to run it with.

Just posting to inform AdScend Media have in fact scammed me and a few of my friends in the same niche, they waited until the day before payments were sent out and closed our accounts saying we broke rules. Luckily AdScend were just a people-keeper/farmer for my site. If they were my main offerwall I'd easily have been scammed out of $7,500+

Everyone trying to find fault in what I'm doing and I've already proved myself right, the dude that I apparently took advantage of has passed the $20k in revenue mark so has already profited 2.5k USD now anything on top of it is all his + I'm still minted from his 17.5k and have my own other forms of passive income flying all over!
