My GoArticles and Ezine Articles flagged by Akismet. Will this work?

I've been using Ultimate Comment Spammer with a large number of my web 2.0 sites. Whilst some of the sites still seem to get through Akismet ok, GoArticles and EzineArticles have become flagged.

So, I am thinking a way around this would be to use some form of re-direction. Either tinyurl (or similar) or altneratively purchase some cheap hosting get a load of free domain names and set them up as redirects.

Whilst I know this would then get past Akismet (at least for a while). Would the Article pages still get the link-juice, or would the re-direct mess with all of that?

Other than that, is there any other way around this?

any redirect that is a 301 passes link juice

Just to clarify - this works even if the site I redirect to, isn't on my domain? (i.e. GoArticles for example?)
