Do you have a website about this topic how many traffic you get from these 15million views ?
When not first setup website and push out 20 articles on it as content filler and 2-3 long pillar articles, or do content curation like a magazine...
Find a good affiliate partner the best partners are these where you can sign up direct not through an affiliate network, most of them have weird socialistic rules, like you must have first several sales before you get a paid out from them.
Have in mind that for this niche often the commission is not high between 5-12% , find partners with higher commissions.
Use bitly to shorten your affiliate link insert them in your website articles to make cold sales when your traffic from Pinterest will be high, otherwise setup good email sign up on striking position on your website to get a high sign up rate.
Then at last insert your website link (clickable) prominent in your Pinterest bio.
Or this, some people have great results not sending their subscribers newsletter, no, create a magazine with curated content 1x time a month you
"manicure fashion" magazine, then sprinkle your affiliate links in that magazine (links= different products) send this magazine only 1x times a month to your subscribers.
Or another variant: build a substack newsletter with 3-5 free articles (short) and 5 long articles (paid) promote the substack on your pinterest visuals, your clickbait titles, I think from these 15 million views a lot of them will subscribe to your substack, maybe 10.000 ....
Set your annually plan to $150-180 , from 10.000 pinterest subs 300 will become paid subs (theory) with them you will make 300x 180= $54.000 a year.
Not have all eggs in one basket better have your website with content curation and sprinkled affiliate link to different products making cold traffic sales+ email newsletter sign up where you promote high ticket products and at the end give substack a dry. For your women manicure audience on Pinterest when you have little bit budget doing Pinterest ads direct to your website with reviews, you can try direct linking to the affiliate merchant site for one month and see how many sale you make. When conversion rate i snot good, then setup own website with reviews.

How you doing that ? Do you spend money on Pinterest ads or do it free with posting good pins every day to Pinterest?
What is your share ration? Do you pin/share more pins from Pinterest groups to your board or do you pin more your own pins to your board? (the second is better when you want get traffic to your external site) . You doing dropshipping or do you promote affiliate products on Etsy ?
But when you share too much (more) pins form other groups instead of your own pins, then you will have a lot of views but the traffic will not go to your external site.
What is the monthly cost of an Etsy shop? Does it rank good in seo (category pages) ? Does Etsy want from you ridiculous papers like form the government tax office? (many shops systems in Europe like Shopify want that from me- I stay away from them).
The biggest problem I see with your daily workflow is how to create 10 unique pins with a good cta ?
Doing this manually in Canva will cost you the half day, how do you handle this ?
Buying good pins from fiverr will not help you because many hundreds of other clients using them too, the same with these faceless shorts for Tiktok (my experience) they should be unique, hire someone who can do that for you daily 10 pins will cost to much, so you must do it yourself at the start.
