For those of you who are unsure of how many actions you should be performing each day, here are the settings that I tend to use in order to keep my accounts safe and not come off as spammy. Take them with a grain of salt and know that you will most of the time be able to get away with even more actions per day than what is written below. Though, I usually like to play it safe as it's typically better in the long run.

One size doesn't fit all so if you disagree with the limits below, feel free to add to the thread with your own thoughts and suggestions. And just to clarify, this image will only be shared on BHW. Cheers!

30-90 minute interval must make it tough to get all of these follow/unfollows in within a day.
 
I just got FollowLiker and have been loving it. Thanks for this advice, I've been playing around a lot trying to figure out how aggressive I can go without causing any issues and if your infographic is right then I can most likely have it running more tasks than I have been. I'm also interested in other people's thoughts on how many action to run on instagram.
 
If I had to start from scratch, I would be using instagram and not twitter to be honest! But since that is not the case, there is still a lot of limits that I am not aware of with instagram and followliker. I'm testing them as we speak and will hopefully have some insights into the near future.

I follow 50-100 (400-500 a day) per hour, tweet and retweet once per hour. I do this on all 150+ accounts I have and newly created accounts. Had a couple of bans but I think that was due to posting the same link over and over. With unfollow I wait until I can not follow anymore and unfollow all, 500 per day.
 
It matters greatly. Another thing that most people overestimate is the email address you use. Using [email protected] will give you much more freedom than [email protected] (although that is partly just speculation :P)
 
How many accounts per proxy? When i see some people say 5 accounts per proxy, means only 5 accounts connected to a proxy at same time or?

It usually means that the 5 accounts were created on the same proxy, and continually run using that same proxy.
 
thanks for the share op! just getting the bot and im sure this will help me stay safe with the settings! What about settings for comments and liking?
