im having the same issue, 700 accounts followed today, only 4 follow backs...

Mine is about 10%. But it also seems to of dipped today. OP do those accounts have no tweets? Might be the cause

Maybe you guys are also following fake accounts :) . Are those follows country restricted or what ?

Are you following another big accounts followers? or are you using some other settings?

All my accounts have tweet that are related to my niche (most are retweet from big account in my niche)
i don't scrap follower of big account on my niche
i scrap just people who retweet and favorite on big account on my niche

Your accounts need to look active and show interest in the new followers you get for said accounts. If each account you have actually shows content, and converses with other users (probably tough to do, I know), but that's one big way of making sure to get some follow backs.

Twitters with no tweets will most likely get no follows.

All my accounts have at least 50 tweet and they are active
and how i will interact with people who are not followed me yet
this is have nothing to do with the follow back

so it take me 5 days to get 37 follower right ?

Start tweeting more often and follow 900 users a day, unfollow every other day those who dont follow back

Mine is about 7 % average on all accounts, except one that gets 55% , but that's rather unusual.

Non Niche about 20%
Niche 40%
I post mostly inspirational messages, sports and stuff about reality tv

Content is key, especially visual... no one wants to read anymore

If you fail to 1 twitter, you should try the 1000 account, to employ people on it.

That is what is called the scale.

Good luck
