I am pretty sure Fiverr ranks gigs higher with videos then those which do not. Of course this is not the only factor taken into account but they really pushed uploading a video feature for 2 years from the day they added it.

Looks ok to me, I'd add in some custom fonts to brand better, and also make the intro shorter. It kills me when I watch videos but have to wait for a 30 second fiverr intro

Looking fabulous. I don't know which software you used but I think Serif works like this.
