I am stuck from some months with my fiverr account and only gig. (English to Italian translation service)
It all started in 2014.
At first, I had at least 2, max 5 orders and now I am receiving less than an order in 3 months because of inavailability and some canceled orders (I have 340 positive rates. 6 "canceled order, seller failed to deliver on time" plus 4 negative reviews managed to ruin my "career" LOL
It sucks.

How can I restart?
any experiences?
Thank you very much.

Delete the gig and start again. Make some other alternative gigs too to bulk up your profile. You'll be fine.

yea, it's fine, use classified ads and youll be set ;)

Create a fresh gig and exchange some reviews with BHW members to get it running

Make multiple accounts and gigs to get some exposure. You might also try other similar sites like peopleperhour and seoclerks.

Unfortunately this is the way that Fivr works.
Some gigs are very hard to promote, as there are hundreds of people offering the same thing.
Sometimes Fivr also likes to promote new gigs over established ones.

As someone suggested, try to find other Fivr users, get each others' gigs and exchange ratings, to help each other.

I have a new gig that can do with some ratings, so anyone interested in ratings exchange is very welcome to get in touch

Create a new gig and buy some positive reviews to get you going.

Unfortunately I have the same problem with multiple gigs that used to sell in the past. These last few months - nothing. Not even one sale, not even one inquiry from potential buyers. They probably change their algorithm and my gigs are no longer in the search results. I do sell on other websites though.

if your gigs do not appear at all in the search results it could be that they blocked them, or someone reported them and they were blocked.
try to search for them, using another username and see if they appear

I think the best thing you should do is to exchange review and reduice your delivery time to 1 day
and get as many as you can order's in queue ,
if you want to exchange review i'm here to do it with you .

There's your answer, you already knew it. You may be competing with level 2 sellers with 100% completion rates, 99% response rates and less than 1% negative ratings.

nipester, i was level 2, had 100% on all fronts, no negatives, and yet my gigs have had a drastic fall in ordering these last 3 months. sometimes i don't even get 1 order in 1 week!
i want to see if i can exchange some ratings with fellow users here, and see if i see any improvements

Who can help me with the reviews??
Add me on skype: dordaniel12
