Seo is just not updating seo yoast or updating all in one seo settings on your blog! It starts from the domain you chose, the content you write and ways you follow to make that content viral, they type of backlinks you get for it, the relevance and authority of those backlinks and the ways you follow to get them.. Best thing to do is update the content on your blog for your target audience rather than try hard to make the google like your content or website. Things on google are changing so often and all these changes finally want one thing in the end "google user satisfaction"

You have already setup everything. Now you need to create backlinks. You can create backlinks through content, forum, blog post etc. You can hire a SEO expert, if you are not so experienced on this field.
