My first week using Sick Submitter..... HELLO GOOGLE PENALTY!!!

I have a squidoo page and I've been buying fiverr services for some time now to get backlinks. The first service i used was profile links from xrumer, about 5,000 backlinks...2 days later after the job was completed, I showed up in the search engine on the top of page 3 for a keyword that gets over 52k exact searches a month. Obviously the fiverr service had some effect on the rankings, so i bought about 4 or 5 more services within a one week period. 2 more weeks later my lens has dropped all the way down to page 6...and today It was in the middle of the 4th page.

So i'm really confused, what do you think it might be? since i builded more links to it i thought it would only get better but why did it drop and why is it now at only the 4th page?

best comment so far, don't overdose.. using sicksubmitter all the time and it's a nice programm for the few bucks per month.... coupled with scrapebox and it's uber.

I have faced these kinds of penalties earlier.
and all because of xrummer profile

I tried to push these links for indexing

and i took advice.. here and other forum..
I keep building links from high pr sites..
but of no help.
then i sent for site reconsideration
and its back


I tried again with profile links and this time didnt tried to push them but still got down to the 90's spot.
sent for reconsideration site was back after a long gap..

now I will be building line2-websites which point to my main website... and build backlinks for these line2-websites and not directly for the main site.

linkwheel - profile and blog commenting are three thing which i am using for line2-websites.

blogposts -- bookmarks -- articles for line one.

variations in anchor text for short blasts i havent faced any penalty now.

another thing which i will be tring is get my profile link blast list.
and use those sites for building backlinks from blogcommenting.

self test and as others says... tools dont harm, how we use them is more important.

also there are a whole host of other seo factors to consider inc on page seo - and how many tags you are using -- OR is there more competition now it s a new year ???

Lol... It is not sick submitter problem, it is just TOOL... It is your problems..

Maybe because he's using shitty content from other sites ?

That happens to EVERY site. Basically google pulls the site and recalculates its ranking. If you have penalty you'll definitely notice it.

Ive got the exact same problem like txhepoker
a 2 years old site that have like 2.000.000 backlinks (thats what webmaster tools showd.)
I usualy place 6 but for the last 2 weeks ive been useing sick submitter building like 100-150 profile backlinks per day. For the past 2 weeks ive been in google dance now i rank on place 11 on my primary keyword. Im personaly think and hope that is the dance and i will come back stronger and higher in serps. I use several more methods of link building as buying links forum posting link exchanges as allways. Now i cannot get on the first page for 2 weeks. Im pretty scared....
