My first Website , need some help

Hello Everyone , I have been on IM for about 7 months , firstly I was using social media platforms and used affiliate programs or some blogger sites not that big deal . SO I am starting a journey about a micro niche site I recently started
So I made a keyword research and found a nice not oversaturated niche ( health / disease ) , purchased the domain (the domain name almost matches the niche's keyword ) and got the hosting too, installed Wordpress and now I am looking for your help , so what should I do next ? I am planning to buy 5 x 500 words or more articles but I don't know where , I have read a lot of journeys here but I really need some help so I can track my journey and try to rank it , I got long tail pro too and it seem to be working very good so:

1- Where should I buy the articles from (health niche)?

2-How to build backlinks ?

3- How to SEO optimize the website ?

Thanks for the time and please give me a hand if you can since its my first ever real website .

1. Buy the articles from textbroker.com (3-star writers and up) or from iwriter.com (premium or elite writers).

2. Use the search button. That said, I recommend PBN links, guest posts, and tiered web 2.0 links.

Yeah I am trying to build an authority site for that niche thanks a lot man , appreciate it , I will read the link u embedded as soon as I will have some time . iwriter's site is not working for me , Am I the only ?

1. U can get some good native writer at odesk, elance or freelance, just pick up the right person with the right niche knowledge, at this point, health/disease.
2. As u have built a MNS(micro niche site), so u need less posts regard normal sites, so wordpress home page use a static post(you can set this at the backend of the wordpress dashboard), this homepage post must a long article, better more than 500, nice should be 800-1000, unique and high quality, keyword optimized! And the other several posts you shall bought at that time should target one keyword each, after done this, next step should be waiting some time and when the pages got indexed, backlinking time!
3. Manually do some high quality niche related blog comments and some web2.0s, buy some PBN( private blog network) links or guest posts, then wait for the magic, if u want to devote into more than this, get some social signals about this niche site.

I must say, myself a newbie too, just my 2-cents here hope helps!

Alright I got it thanks , one last thing how do u guys get your site indexed, using google webmaster tools and when do you realize that your site got indexed ? and what tool should I use after some time to have an idea on what page rank I currently am , thanks in advance

Firstly, make sure your site is fully prepared. Add meta keywords, meta descriptions to the content and do customization wherever needed. Check if your links are not broken. Now, get a sitemap for your website. The Google webmaster tool will help you in creating that. Submit the sitemap and when you are done. Just sit and relax, your site will get indexed in 2-3 days. If you want to check just copy the url of your site and search it in Google. If the very first link is of your site, your site is now indexed.

I can't since the site its blank there is no article , that's why I asked where to purchase some articles

You can join websites like oDesk or Elance and find people who will write you articles on your niche, if you are ready to pay there are people who will help you to optimize your website. If you want to learn SEO and optimize it by yourself, then there is not just one place to learn everything, you should search the to get info, you need some time to experiment and become experienced and then you can think about getting some money.

It is a good sign that your domain name matches the niche.
You can post a job on freelancing sites. You will be able to get a lot of high quality articles in relatively low price.
You can start creating backlinks on high PR forums, blogs and web 2.0 sites.

So sorry I haven't been clear.
For SEO optimize you may pay your attention to on page seo such as the keyword density and prominency, meta tags,alt tags, title tags, Sitemap .....
off page seo means the link building above 1 and 2 mentioned . It consist by directory submission, post articles on press releases, boost your pages on the Digg like, etc....

Alright guys , so this is what I did today , I changed the template , created the posts based on keyword ideas, each post per each keyword idea ( even the posts are blank , I only added some pictures on these posts ) so right now I have about 9 blank posts and I am going to write 2 post every
2 days , what I was wondering about is : Because I have published blank posts but havent submitted the site to webmaster tools , does it mean that will get indexed in like 10 days as I complete all my posts with revalant articles ?

How about you help yourself? This place isn't exactly lacking in SEO information.
What are you actually having trouble with?

Do a search for on-page SEO checklist and you should find a guide to the relevant factors to consider.
