My first try - what to improve?

Hello BHW, i learned a lot valuable information here, after lurking on the forums for a year, I decided to finally take action.

As I am complete newbie, I tried to make my first website with some wallpapers on it, add some AdSense banners, and drive traffic from posting in random facebook groups. (As my first try, I can only learn and improve). I also made twitter and facebook fanpages, but traffic from them is really low.
So far, there are from 50 - 100 people daily on my webpage, so adsense doesnt earn almost any money.

I would be happy, if you could give me some advice, what to change, what to improve or give me criticism, i will gladly take action and learn something new. Screenshots of my webpage and earnings so far are here:

Hey buddy.

1/ Never post a screenshot like this of you adsense account, could get you banned (from adsense)
2/ Your website theme is not optimized for wallpapers. To me it looks like a blog and accessing wallpapers must be really hard. It's better to have them all on a front page. You must have an horribly high bounce rate. Pick another theme. Take example on http://wallpaperswide.com/ (not running on wordpress, but at least you can see how a wallpaper website should look like.
3/ You picked a niche that is really hard. You're doing all the promotion you can and that's good. Think also about SEO
