Meh!! Nonsense As G-S-T- Pointed out. You're doing it all wrong. What is happening is people are reporting your blog. Here's how not to give them that option. I bank every day $X,XXX from just blogger blogs and content locking and never had a problem.
Log into your blogger blog. Click on Design. Then Edit HTML.
Search for /* Variable definitions
Right above that put this code below

That's really interesting. I was doing this (hiding the blogger bar) because it looked ugly, but I guess that could be why my blog didn't get banned or deleted.
I briefly had a blogspot blog that offered Glee episodes, content locked. It was getting "decent" traffic. It wasn't banned, but I deleted it after about 2 weeks since very few of the clicks were converting for some reason.
Hiding the navbar might be the solution to having your blogs last longer.
