No, you don't need a website to sign up at Clickbank. It is open to anybody. You just have to apply for an affiliate account by clicking "Sign-Up" and then "I have an established audience". They don't ask any questions.

I still remember my first YT + CB sale.. I was promoting a WoW add on and used the same technique as you. First sale came within two weeks then they kept coming in. A week or so later I sold four copies in a day.. feels damn good. Congratulations man. Keep doing it
