Well, I've been reading BHW on and off for several years now, and I think it's about time I stop thinking and plotting and take action, so this is where I am at.
I've decided to build an Amazon wordpress store and automate social postings by pulling content from wordpress products & blog postings (with a little bit of content done by hand to please the search engines and overall appearance). I originally wanted to build a small niche site, but decided to build a slightly bigger one with a few extra product categories catering to the "young" and "hip".
Basically I created wordpress content using products from my wordpress product categories, which are all imported from amazon. Users can add items to their cart within my site and checkout (which will take them to a page letting them know they will be redirected to amazon for "secure checkout", which is really a fancy way of saying they are being redirected with my affiliate information being in the URL, so I can hopefully get paid). The items listed, including the descriptions, pictures, sizes, reviews and sales calculations are all automatically imported from an amazon import cron job I have set up based on various keywords and product categories I want.

I'm almost thinking of creating some sort of youtube videos featuring certain products with a link to the product on my site, within youtube terms of service of course.
My goal is 250$ per day, I know I'll get there, not even worried - I just wanted to share my journey with you guys as well as have a place to keep a log of it all. Wish me the best!
