Finally 
it was a tedious time. My first Clickbank check is on the way. 250$ is not that much but it`s a motivation for me to go on and work harder.
In this thread I will explain what I did to earn this money in brief details:
1. I looked for buyer keywords with at least 1000 monthly searches
2. purchased a domain
3. Set up a keyword optimized minisite
4. optimized the minisite for the search engines
5. waited for about 1-2 months to reach the first site
6. cashed in
Now, when you do 250$ with one minisite, imagine what you could earn with 10 minisites
That`s my actual goal by now: LeVeRaGiNg
