well guys i can give you some ideas but my method wont work for all of you coz.. it depends on some manual work... am having some VAs doing 100s of account daily for me.. its not from followers or something its fully based on following only.. i dont care they follow me back. if interested more PM me... Sorry in advance if i reply late...

I suggest you to use Facebook, you'll get higher conversions than using Twitter.

Twitter traffic is pretty shit

why don't you try seo for traffic?
