This http://bit.ly/mKCQcU is a software that allows users to arrange your desktop icons into tens of shapes like hearts, circles and so on (currently supports 77 shapes, but I have a shape generator and i can create even more shapes, more details below). This will make your desktop look impressive and unique therefore you can easily impress your friends and co-workers or just give a new glance and fresh look to your desktop. With this program you can also save multiple desktop layouts(icons positions) and load later, useful when you change screen resolution often.
I developed this program 3 years ago especially for a contest in which I won 1st prize, but it's online only since December 2010.
This program has the WOW element, everyone who tried this loves it. It's something different of what you see normally on Flippa and it's really fun, the originality and the potential is huge (I know that word "potential" is overused for new websites on Flippa and it lost its meaning because of most of the crappy sites out there, but this is very different, 4 posts on a forum and got almost 60k downloads- that's a REAL proof)

Revenue: Very little since I wanted to let it free at the beginning. However, even if didn't knew anything about monetization besides actually selling the program, I tried adsense just to see how it works and got 80$ and a content locking and got about $50. Even if I have a real proof of its huge potential and I know that with 2-3 hours work/day for 1 month can bring back the money I get for the sale but I really need to sell it since I need money quick for an offline distribution business. I also don't have IM skills, otherwise, until now i would have promoted it and sell for much higher price.

1.Sell licenses for $10-$30 each - there are lots of users who love to customize the look of their desktop. If you target the right people you can bank huge. I can modify the application to support Free Trial for x days or I can locks some features and make a Free and a Premium version. I will also give you a license generator and details of how to setup a Plimus account.
2.Make a facebook fan page like "How cool is your desktop?" and when user Likes the page you'll give an activation code or more shapes. After you build your fan base you can promote clickbank products or CPA offers.
3.Build an email list and promote products and CPA offers. You can put the email as mandatory to activate the application, you can say that you need the email to send the activation key...this will make your list build extremely fast.
4.Promote to US/UK and advertise CPA offers and other related products inside the software or on the website
