Hello,
This is defiantly a different journey than others, so here it is.
What I plan to do:
Do in person photography for car dealerships cars so they can advertise them online
What I plan to make?:
Honestly, I don't plan to make money (at first), I'd like to just go to dealerships and do it for free build up a portfolio, I'd like to stick with higher end dealerships such ad Mercedes Benz, BMW, Range Rover, Maserati or Exotic Solo or Consignment Dealers
My Current Plan:
Currently how I see it I would like to reach out to car dealerships such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Range Rover etccc. and ask them if they need any cars photographed for online listings such as their website, kijji, autotrader or where ever else and offer to take photos of x amount of cars for a week or two in exchange for a written review to build my portfolio and reputation, after the free trial at one of these dealerships is over, I'd like to position myself to possibly have a paid job photographing their cars, not sure how I'm going to structure that maybe something like:
"Hey,
My name is ____ I'm __ years old and I'm a New Local Sport/Luxury/Exotic Car Photographer and your business defiantly caught my attention, big fan of your cars and your brand overall, and I'd love to work with you guys!
If you have any Cars or anything else you may need photographed I'd defiantly do it all free of charge anything you need for a week I'll be the guy, and after the week period if you could leave me an honest review of my services, that would be very much appreciated as well.
If you do like my services after the week I would defiantly be interested in working with your brand in the future and continue to photograph all the cars you need me to!"
Feel free to edit that, or suggest changed just a quick draft I wrote up
End Goal:
I would like to Photograph cars for high end luxury/sport/exotic brands as a paid position as a part or possibly full time job.
