My first Instagram journey

I've done quite a bit of reading on BHW around different methods, however I am still very much learning. I originally took a dive in with CB marketing, however I very much lost interest in it very quickly:

• Marketing products to make a sale isn't my strong point unless I am very passionate about something
• eBooks have always been spammy, and most certainly a red flag as soon as you see them (as a buyers point of view)
• There are no tangible results to keep you motivated
• There is A LOT of work needed to promote this, and it is something I do not have the time to do

Instead I am looking at "quick wins" in terms of getting tangible results, even if these results are not monetary related. For example, Instagram success can initially be measured through follows and likes.

To get started with, I am running 3 accounts in broad niches, all which are managed manually for now. I did take a look a igerslike to take part in the trial, however for some reason I never got the trial and it says I don't have a license - I do.

I'm not following any particular routine, however when I have a moment I will login and post a photo related to my niche, along with popular tags for that niche. I've tried a couple of posts with user engagement, however at the moment the replies to these are limited.

My main focus for now isn't to make money, as focusing directly on this will make it harder, given any money making in Instagram first needs a strong following

I've found that managing these accounts is actually quite hard. I've got a way to make this easier, however 3 accounts is the maximum I can run simultaneously.
If anyone has any suggestions or tools for picking up the pace or managing accounts, please let me know

To be honest, I have no real set target in mind.

Ideally I would be thinking around 500 before offering SFS etc. Once I have built up a following of a couple of thousand, I will start looking into giveaways for free shoutouts to build my following further. I will then start to look into different ways of monetising.

It's a shame IG doesn't create links from URL's posted in comments & descriptions though.

Only 500 i think you should increase your followers count in numbers of thousands.

Goodluck OP. How are you planning to monetize it in the future?

By the way, you could use followlikers or massplanner to speed up the process. You also could use IFTTT, using RSS feed > IG, it's free.

I use a Mac, so followlikers would need to be run on a VM. Haven't looked at MassPlanner.
As for IFTTT, you can't use it to send RSS > IG, only from IG, unless there is something I am missing?

Ah I'm not sure how to do it. I used to use IFTTT to automate on twitter in last year. Try WP > IG or something or maybe RSS>Twitter>IG, I'm not sure how, but I think there must be some way to do it.
What are you planning to monetize it in the future OP?

What's your niche? I suggest checking big accounts in your niche and look for their business emails and contact them...

I've picked up additional work, so the time I have to spend on Instagram has been non-existant. I purchased Mass Planner to automate it all, however I have ditched what was Niche 1, so I am now only running with Niche 2 and 3. I barely have any input, as all the posting is completely automatic, I don't even have to add images.
