my first freelancing job: indian vs pakistani?

so yesterday I posted my first job on freelancer: I offered 30-35$ for 10 professionally rewritten articles, with keyword integration and whatnot;
my top bidders are:
1st: indian guy, 637 reviews with 73% completion rate and a rating of 4.5; bid: 39$
2nd: pakistani dude, 323 reviews with 86% completion rate and a rating of 4.8; bid: 33$
3rd: pakistani hombre, 139 reviws with 67% completion rate and a rating of 4.8; bid: 30$
4th: UK person (not sure if male or female lol), 264 reviews with 81% completion rate and a rating of 4.9; bid: 63$ (wut)

now, this being my first project, I want to ask you for an advice: which would you choose? Personally, I would go for the second bidder (just my guts), but this being my most important 10 articles of a site I'm just starting ('base' articles that I'll probably turn into pages, that would serve as a starting ground for my SEO efforts), I want a second opinion first;

I haven't had time to check their samples thoroughly yet, but I bet I wouldn't be able to make much of a difference between them ...

what do you think, bhatters? who should I trust with my lousy 30 bucks?

Look at the reviews for the top 2 guys, and see which one has better reviews and go with them. IMO, I'd go with the indian guy.

he is marked as "recommended", so I thought about him, too ... what do you think about the price he's asking? I'm gonna look into their reviews, as you said, thanks for the advice

If you're looking for high quality, pillar articles then I would go with the 4th guy.

I wouldn't recommend getting articles from Freelancer. =)
