Okay, I'm doing my first Flippa sale.
I have a BIN price of 23,500, and someone wants to buy it.
He is willing to bank wire the money to me.
But I'm still skeptical.
Am I 100% safe doing bank wire?
Anyone can reverse bank wires. I would definitely not recommend bank wires unless you're doing it through escrow. Escrow fees are a pain in the butt though!
Check their history. if they've been buying for a while, you should be fine!
