Welcome!
​this is my first ever Internet marketing attempt and it will be Amazon associates. I've already created a website with a premium wordpress theme and got hosting.

I currently have created 5 unique articles all by myself since I don't have a lot of money to work with. I will learn more about SEO and ranking my pages as I go along because the journey is also a lesson!

None of my pages are ranked yet but it's only been like 4 days so no fret!

Good luck with your journey.
I am on the same boat as you are. Just a bit ahead though. 4 of my pages are ranked for low competitive keywords (Nowhere near the 1st page though.)

PM me your skype. We can probably share our experiences and help each other out since we're on the same journey.

UPDATE:
I've wrote a handful of articles including one large money page article. I've also submitted my websites sitemap( I should've done this quicker!). 10 of my url's are now indexed and more and more are being indexed everyday!

I've done some blog commenting and also I found an nice forum with no minimum for links so that will help for backlinks.

I was just checking what searches led to my page and to some confusion I'm ranking for keywords I'm not even using at all. No Idea how!

What really confuses me is that it was from a secondary article! The amazon cookie got me the sale as they didn't buy the product reviewed. But I'm over the moon!

I get a really low amount of an average of about 4 unique visitors a day. But that's increasing!
