My first Clickbank earnings!

They say, it's not over until the money is in your bank account.
I had set my payment threshold to $25.
I just got my first online earnings via direct deposit :)

People say the first few dollars really are the best ones. Amen to that :D

1 Question. Clickbank says if affiliates don't make a sale for prolonged periods of time, they start deducting earnings. Now balance is 0. Will clickbank withdraw from my bank account if I don't make a sale at all from now? They have my bank account info.

They wont deduct the money from your bank!
btw, I thought clickbank has a rule of paying only when affiliate makes 5 sales or more where payment is made through 5 different sources !

I had 5 sales. Payment methods were 2 visa, 2 master card and 1 amex
 
Pretty sure they CAN'T deduct money from your bank.. congrats though OP!

The first sale is always the sweetest.

Nobody should withdraw from your bank unless youissued a credit authorisation letter. If, CB issues a credit request regardlessof having an authorisation, your bank should contact you first (at least notifyyou before transferring money) so that you can forbid the transfer.

Nope. Only currency conversion fee and it's very little. And there's no direct deposit for Sri Lanka mate :(

Congratulations!

To answer your question: After 90 days without sales they deduct $1 from your CB account every two weeks, after 180 days they deduct $5 I think. However, they will never touch your bank account.

I bet you felt good when you saw the commission email from clickbank :D

Do what your doing and never give up. Expect bigger checks soon.
 
They will deduct the remaining amount from your account via tiny cuts, if it is not send to your bank account.

Awesome!

So advice for beginners. If you reach $25 and don't see sales for 70+ days (incase your method stops working), immediately withdraw it by setting payment threshold to $25. You don't want to lose your earnings however little they may be, coz you worked for it!
