Hello to you all, recently I started a website that promotes a very good product. It's a well-researched niche along with some awesome keywords.

The website right now has 8 pages (5 are content, from these 5 one is my product review and 3 legal pages), and as well 18 posts.

I'm doing on-page seo with the help of SeoPress (I have my own subscription). And now that my website has gotten some content, I think I'll start doing some off-page seo.

Regarding the keywords, here are the stats for one of my best keywords:

The length of articles in average is 600+ words.

I've already covered the most important topics from my niche on my posts. So the content is actually pretty useful as it's full of resources for the visitors.

My questions are:

How long will take SEO to bring some results? Ps: I'm buying very good backlinks, not crappy ones.

Should I update my website everyday with new content?

What SEO services do you recommend? Ps: Take a look at my budget :)

And the most important:

Any advice is very welcome! I really want to do my best this time, my monthly budget is not so high ($100-150/month). That's why any advice is very well appreciated! :)

What sort of content do you're 18 posts have? Are they about you're product?

Personally I drive traffic through blog posting.

So attack low hanging fruit keywords per post. I only post 3 times a week. My newest site gets thousands of organic views a month just off blog posts. I haven't even bothered with backlinks just yet.

Anyways, if you're website is in a blog format that id suggest writing blog entries targeting different keywords related to you're niche' fore traffic.

Create a webmaster tools account and submit you're sitemap so google know when to crawl you're site for new content.

Should I update my website everyday with new content?

Yes you should. Imagine you have a real visitors on your website. They will visit your website to check out the new articles. I think up to 3-5 articles daily can satisfy all visitors.

The 18 posts are about different subjects on the niche, not about the product.

Check the search engines regularly for that keywords to find where you ranked.

When you are building good backlinks continue with them, also look what other people are doing. It takes time to show Good results.

Have any one here try directory website, i have heard they are good?

Good news! Sorry if I've been away from this thread for so long. I won't lie, I gave up with this site. But I came back to it because it made two sales! With only 20 hops (since February till July), my conversion rate is quite good and I checked my keywords and I found out that I'm on page 2-5 for most of them!

I'm very happy and will come back working at it, I've already started my off-page SEO and will see how it goes :) Wish me good luck!

My advice:
Create some social media accounts pointing to your website. Unbelievable how strong this practice is.
Another thing: create a silo structure from 3 or 4 pages to each of your product review pages.
I managed to rank websites that way that promote clickbank products.

Okay, I made another sale today! Product is converting very well. 18.8% so far now!

Update:

Again good news! I've made another sale! :) I'm very happy because with such a low amount of traffic this site is selling! I've reached a 20% conversion rate. Not that bad uh?

woo...results come so fast...
may you share a little bit more how you did it? how do you drive traffic to the website?

How much time are you spending on this website per day so far? And is the product you are selling your own or are you selling someone else's product as an affiliate?

It's time for an update. I'll also answer your questions.

ThisTechBoi:

* This product is not mine, I'm an affiliate.

* I'm not spending a great time. I just check analytics and serp movements. But, I'm gonna put into the site a new batch of content very soon, along with a pack of backlinks (Guest posts, PBNs).

mrcolorwolf1:

* Mmmm, not so fast my friend. I started the site approx 6 months ago, but it didn't sell anything for months just right now. I'm averaging right now 2-3 sales per month. And my ranks are not so good, I'm stuck on page 2-8 for most of my kws. I'm gonna fix it with my new backlinking strategy.

*If you take into account that I'm barely receiving 5-10 visits a day (sometimes 0), and even though I'm selling some copies, then I guess I've done a good work with my content and general in-site marketing strategy. What I do is to put at the end of every article a CTA to my review page. Sometimes text, sometimes an image.

I'll give more details soon :)

Looks great dude....just keep updating the site and keep doing SEO!

Cheers!

This looks like some really solid work. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
