My pleasure, I'm glad the info is helping. There are a ton of sites ranging in price for the services that connect people with influencers. Personally I like to find them myself because it's a lot cheaper and It's not that hard to build a decent list of influencers to get started with. I agree that content is king when it comes to blogging. Make sure you have content that others want to read and will engage with. This will help to make your blog more successful.
 
Update your blog regularly and effectively use social media. also, create G+ account which is more helpful for ranking.
 
Get video, infographic and guest post backlinks too for getting your site ranked higher. You can also buy twitter, facebook shares and likes + bookmarks from micro job sites.
 
i think the best method for you is to build a list for your niche and then u can promot your blog to this list

and as you said you don"t have a time for seo, then you have to work on paid traffic

Good start! But first of all you have to read all guids of promotion methods at facebook and instagram. I have an expirience at SMM and lead social accounts for the company, so i have to tell you that there are a lot of rules and restrictions!
But what I can say Twitter will not really brings you a lot of convertions, this network mostly oriented on the Brand Identity, Facebook and Instagram - good for business. You can create account on LinkedIn as well.
