I usually steal that particular content from my competition and edit my sitename in / remove irrelevant items if necessary.
I would post it here but that'd likely cause a ban (and I can't post links yet so)
Its not that I don't understand privacy/copyright laws but writing out the template would be redundant.
Honestly those 2 pages should not take you more than 5mins to 'create'. You may need to add the Double DART code part though but many private policy generators even have a tick box for that. Then simply include links to it in the Footer and voila.
EDIT: Oh and since you are autoblogging / stealing content, I may also consider specification that you dont own the articles, did not create the articles, they are property of the original authors, etc.

If its your first time being banned, I would inquire for more information. Not so much so you can recover your account but so you don't repeat the same mistake / can fix any current ones (otherwise what was the point?)

Was watching your site climb in G today, as high as top of page 4, but when I checked it a few hours later, it had disappeared and it took me a while to find it, as it is now on page 17, which seems to have coincided with your adsense ban. Not sure if it is related to that or not but I thought I would check some of your posts.
In my opinion, I don't think you are spinning your content well enough, the duplication seems too similar to the original content, which may have been the cause of your rapid drop. Just a heads up that you may want to spin it some more, oh and you might want to drop the Mr Jobs title, as it doesn't read very fluidly, but I understand why you are doing it, how about you change that to former Apple CEO, Steve Jobs.

Btw. the "myth" of unique content seems to be a little bit outdated - but depends on the source and how much it is spread.
In my niche I have a press-website which offers me up to 100 press releases a day, all websites are so curious about duplicate content that from more than 250.000 registered news-websites only 2 - 3 simply post the origin news, which ends in very low duplicate content spread-rate ^_^
I do this only as hobby and working in the niche my news-site is, so I used some contacts and got allowed to grab the content of target websites of my niche and next to them only I have the news live, even if everyone else could.
But I guess it depends on the niche. Mine is highly competitive (more than 7.4 Mio global search for main keyword), but not as much as yours (68mio global search for apple a month).
even if my traffic dropped today a little bit (20% after 10 days), I still have traffic and ranked pretty well already.
So, I guess long story short: I guess the ban of your adsense account is more related to fake data (check of domainowner etc., imprint, contact-forms). I would say the reposition to page 7 was a normal G drop while you danced to a higher position. Happened to me I guess a week before my pagerank increased.
