The limit set (i believe) by FB is 0.003%, but you won't get anything great off 0.03%
0.8% is an exceptionally high CTR for a a campaign....

Your CTR is low. Try new ads and Google insights to optimize geolocation.

i don't used facebook ads due to high price in it,
i always go for free and try to make money without investment,
we already invest our time it is more than a money
