Hey everyone,
This is kinda of my first post here, I have been reading some stuff here and there and have decided to start taking action by starting a microniche website to monitize it with amazon affiliate, to be honest this is my first time ever Im building a website, so you can say Im a complete newbie.
My budget is: 1000$, and willing to hire a writer for the articles (cuz abviously my writing skills are too good to be on a website)
My goal is: 150$ a month, after maybe 6 to 9 months after publishing the website.
So I have a few questions, Im hoping someone could answer for me:
  1. First of all, Im thinking about building it in a language other then english (French since I can understand it pretty well), so is this means that there will be a lower competitions for me? or it doesn't worth it.
  2. Will a 1000$ be enough? for about 30 or 25 articles, and all the other expenseses (Hosting, Domain, Themes, Plugins and Keyword tools)
  3. What if I outsource the Keyword researching part, cuz Im bad at it, and its a crucial part in the projet and Im afraid to mess it up.
  4. Will you advice me to do this, cuz as i said before Im a newbie here and Im started thinking this is a big projet for me.

1000$ is plenty to get things going. Bear in mind, by leaning only on SEO for traffic you can expect visitors in 6-8 months.
You can outsource keyword research, but that's not the hard part. For a beginner, finding a niche that suits you might be even a bigger challenge.
I'd suggest choosing an evergreen niche, meaning it's something people always need. Problem solving goes far as well. People will pay if you convince them that your solution will somehow make their lives better..

Thanks for the advice, you said with onSEO I can expect traffic in 6-8 months, is there any other things I can do to get traffic in less time like maybe posting in forums or paid ads?
For the niche issue, I think I've got the right one for me, Im fimilliar with it and when I search it in google I find a lot of pintrest links and amazon best seller's page.

You can start pretty well with $1000. Apart from SEO (as it will take a while until you get actual organic traffic), you could post in relevant forums, use Facebook Ads and maybe create some videos for YouTube.

How do you want to divide your spendings, more into ads, article writing, hosting? Tell us!

maybe 50$ for hosting, for the articles im aiming for 30 or 40 articles and the rest for ads.

On the French content, there is less competition but less traffic too as you will work only with France (because it's Amazon)
For the kewyord part start with this service https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/5...h-no-competition-for-page-1-rankings.1077059/
That's why I was asking if it's worth it

If i were you i will check a thread here from a buyer in the marketplace and buy a ready to go Amazon site with all the things inculded, Premium theme, domain, 4000 word article, keywoed research, as im not affilate with it in any way, but i saw nice reviews, and i thought you migh want to not throw that 1000$ for just couple of things !!!! Good luck

upload_2019-5-25_15-22-27.png $1000 is good to start off. Here is image from my April earnings . I have a general website where I write about different niches. The most important thing is keyword research. After that great content. That's it.

1. Well, there is always less competition in any language other than English. So yes it is worth it.

2. More than enough, but also depends on the content length and quality. Your domain and hosting should be under $100 combined. Plugins you will get away with free ones, for the majority. Plus there are people on here like @Festinger who have threads where they sell access to premium plugins and themes for cheap.

3. @Holzr , i believe, does a keyword research service which is affordable. But, with you aiming for France it may be worth you learning from his keyword research thread so you can analyze for yourself.

4 .Go for it. At the end of the day, everyone's first is usually a failure. But your second will be great.

I am not sure if there are less competition in France, when I check sometimes for a new niche, sometimes it's like I find equal or more niche than in english version and I checked also in germany and there are plenty niche website. Just compare the niches with the same keyword in english and french you will see
