My first Amazon Affiliates sale!!!

I've been working on a few IM projects since the beginning of this year. I've spent just about every second of my free time either working on my sites and projects, or reading BHW forums to learn more. I was just starting to get a little disheartened with this whole business since I'd spent around $70 so far on domains, hosting, and a couple Fiverr gigs, and hadn't seen one cent yet. I was just starting to think that maybe this isn't for me, and I should just settle for my 9-5 job.

But I checked on my Amazon Affiliates account today, and what do you know? SOMEBODY BOUGHT SOMETHING! It was an MP3 download that only costed $0.99, and my commission was only $0.10, but everybody who ever got rich from IM started SOMEWHERE.

I know it's goofy to get excited over a dime, but I'm pretty ecstatic right now. This has seriously motivated me to work harder, work smarter, sell more stuff, and sell more expensive stuff, and start stuffing my pockets with some serious green. And I'll definitely stick around BHW and share everything I happen to learn.

All you noobs out there: stick with it. If you aren't making any sales, put a twist on your method, or move on to the next method.

I'm eternally grateful to all the people around BHW who took the time to post here and help me out. I DEFINITELY could not have figured out all this stuff on my own!

I have made thousands of dollars online, I have even had days where I made $500+ in 1 day online (very rare though) and I still get VERY excited over $0.10 and brag about it to everyone I know. Every penny makes me happy. Why shouldn't it? A penny today is a penny I didn't have yesterday.
