I made this site a few mins ago. http://www.getmusclesfast.info/

if you click on "women click here" or "men click here" , it redirects you to the vendor's site, and there you you will see hop=mycbid in url.. is there anyway i can hide my cbid or no?? can it be stolen?? this is just my sample site.. i am just playing around.. i just wanna know how to get myself improved.. thanks for everyone's opinions.

You need to clock your url's. That way it wont be obvious your an affiliate promoting for commission

Malwarebytes has successfully blocked ip 68.178.232.100 due to its suspicious nature.

.com are effective but slightly more expensive and most domains are parked by idiots who dont utilise them. .info will still be able to outrank if it meets the seo needs.
