So, I have been experimenting lately with different ways of driving traffic to my blog. I wanted actual targeted traffic, people who care about what I'm writing you know? Mostly because I have Adsense on my blog, and I want to make money

I tried a simple approach, using Link Collider and Traffup, not for generic traffic, but for Tweets and Facebook Shares etc. I see it as a sort of automated link building/social-media-hype-builder for lack of a better word.
And hey presto, a quick look at Analytics today shows that I am actually getting traffic from the social networks, and I actually got 2 clicks on my Adsense!
I know it's not much, I live in South Africa, not the most renowned country for its internet based businesses. The point is, my method works! Definite morale boost.
Anyone know of any problems with this? Will Google be happy with my method? Anything against Adsense ToS?
