Had my first $1000 day a couple days ago. Actually I live in Canada, so it translates to roughly $1215 in Canadian dollars. I'm not an expert by any means, but I will drop some advice.

The #1 mistake almost everyone makes is: Aiming too low. I wish someone had told me this sooner, then I wouldn't have wasted all my time trying to make $10-15 per day. People freak out when they see my screenshots. Everyone asks me "What's your secret?" "How did you do it?" There is no secret. The ONLY SECRET is hard work towards a grand vision. Everything else (opportunities, luck, skills) follows from that.

I see threads like 'Make $10/day with YouTube+CPA" or "I'm making $600-700 per week and I'm happy". Ok, it makes you happy. But it's not a real path to success. Those methods are great for learning the basics of internet marketing, but don't waste all your time on them. Especially if you're trying to make this a career. These threads make me sad, they have almost no useful information.

Each and every human being has an innate creative capacity. If someone puts colored blocks in front of you, would you just sit there doing nothing, maybe ask for the instructions? Or would you build the Pyramids of Giza? No one knows the answer except you.

Aim straight at the top of the mountain. Immediately open a marketing business. Make a single-page website and buy business cards from Vistaprint.com. This takes less than 20 minutes total. Then register your business in your state, and consider incorporating (maybe for tax benefits). Open a business bank account. Read a couple books (really, it's not hard) about marketing and business.

Figure out the difference between:
Owning a product vs. Tiny commissions
Whitehat vs. Blackhat
Stable vs. Risky
Free Traffic vs. Paid traffic (I've seen friends lose $20k from not being paid by networks)
Automated vs. Manual labor
Free websites/methods vs. Large startup cost
Valuable, original content vs. Fake/Stolen content
Hit-n-run vs. Recurring traffic

Then work 10-14 hours per day, AT YOUR OWN MARKETING COMPANY. Figure out a product or service that you can sell effectively, start selling it, then build a system to sell it. Keep experimenting and tweaking the system. Your goal here is to build large, low-risk, low-investment, stable, legitimate, automated projects. Work every day until you hit $1000/day, and then just keep going.

If you do this, you are pretty much guaranteed success. What we are doing here is not really that complicated. We are either skimming off some value-add from multi-million dollar corporations (affiliate commissions), or creating our own value (original products and services). The market is vast. There are literally HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of credit-card holders right now, just WAITING for you to sell them something.

So go and build something great.

Nice one bro..nice one

How much have you started with? Btw nice one.

Taking action was the first step, but aiming high is what kept you going. Congrats on those awesome earnings!

How many websites do you have to acheive this kind of earnings? Can you tell us +- how big is your daily traffic?

Great thread bro... very useful and is really inspiring. Great help to all the newbies

Zero!

No websites, just social media. Anywhere between 10,000 and 100,000 uniques daily.

Just two questions.

1) Could you tell which social networks you use?
2) Are you using xxxxx + accounts or a few big ones?

Great post. I'm glad to see a fellow Canadian making this IM stuff work. I'm trying to learn and I've been reading a TON. There is so much info out there, its hard to know which way is the best to get started with. How are you doing it with social media without a website? Are paying for ads? Any more advice and guidance would be great!!
