So to start off. I'm not sure what happened to my main account. I had about 5k friends legit, 13k followers. All of this just came from my videos magically going viral organically. I adminned some pages and posted pictures on them. Never marketted or anything, haven't done anything shady. One day i lose my main account and get this:

Your account has been disabled because you violated Facebook's Terms. We disable users who send unsolicited messages and create objects for the sole purpose of promoting or advertising a product, service, or opportunity.

One or several of the pieces of content you are responsible for were identified as engaging in such activity. Some examples of this include:

    - Encouraging shares, likes or clicks under false pretenses, defined as
    - Failing to enable promised functionality
    - Failing to deliver promised reward
    - Failing to direct to promised content
    - Encouraging shares, likes or clicks that result in the compromise of a user's security
    - Requiring or requesting the copying and pasting of JavaScript code
    - Maintaining pages dedicated solely to the promotion of online giveaways"

Unfortunately, we will not reactivate your account for any reason.

You can learn more about Facebook's policies by reading our Community Standards here: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/

I lost about 7 years worth of photos/videos etc. Soon after I made a new account, i didn't post on pages or anything at all. Hardly messaged anyone, had about 2k friends (because people searched for me after my main profile disappeared). Then it gets banned for the same thing. Today i just recently decided to appeal and i'm still getting this reason. Anyone have any kind of experience with this? Perhaps it could be mass reporting causing this? Maybe a glitch or something? I never done that stuff before.

    *Edit*
I just did a google search. I remember each time before those accounts got shutdown. I would randomly get a popup on my facebook saying my account was sending out spam, but that's strange. I dont post links or dont spam post at all. Maybe that could be something of factor of a possible glitch?

You didn't really give us enough info to go off of. Why did your page have maxed out friends + so many followers? Was it a personal account?

Yeah in the first line. It was a main profile. It started with around 800 friends/family/schoolmates , then i just started posting and literally content went viral in a span of around 4 years up to the point where my account became really active. There was a time i posted a video of a dog one day, then a month later it had around 400k shares. I did admin a few pages and posted some photos and statuses on those too.

probably this. using tokens for commenting liking bots may cause the problem.

All you can do is send multiple letters to facebook offices begging for your account back.

maybe you're trying to tell people to like, share, or type amen thing your posts.
    -
if you are trying to gain followers on facebook, fb will disable your profile.
    - some tips
    change ip
don't add too many 'friend's' ofc you will get banned
if facebook bans you try sending them ID / Document, they will unban you ( same thing happened to me before for because people reported my fanpage <- my fanpage got disabled, also my acc too )
alright, hope it helps. think about method that you create acc, with no tracks from old acc.
