You should probably check your Ads setup, and do some split testing.

You have to do a kind of testing. Also check who and where you're targeting.

The success of your ad is largely dependent on your target. What I do is.

If you are selling baby products, you should be targeting women from 28 years and above. Also target rich neighbourhood or cities in your country, as they are the ones that are likely to buy stuffs online, even if they are expensive.

What is the target audience in the campaign? What are the demographics

Hey, I think you have not targeted the right audiences, you need to target women aged 25 and above, try targeting this way and see. You can even do A/b testing. In set A, target the women aged 25 and above, and in set B, choose both men and women aged 28 and above, see how it works to keep your budget low while testing, and then run the ad which has more clicks and stop the other ad.

If you want to try a tool for running Facebook ads which I generally use is Adplify. It helps me to target hidden audiences with its hidden audience finder and it also has an ad decorator also so we get more clicks and we can run ads on a really low budget. Check this out it's really easy to use.

As other members have suggested, targeting could be ONE of the problems with low sales.

BUT, sales happen on your website, so if your campaign data looks good in terms of CPM, CTR, CPC, etc., I suggest you monitor where your traffic leaves the website(homepage, product page, checkout, etc.).

Data like:
How much time do visitors spend on your website?
Do visitors add products to the cart?
Are you retargeting them after leaving the website?
If visitors leave the website just before completing the payment, are you retargeting/emailing them?
...
...

If you share a screenshot of your FB campaign, website analytics, etc, it might help us understand the situation better.

Targeting is very important, make sure to target 25+ old women and good luck

Select targeted age, gender, places, tags properly hope definitely it'll work

Before a dip in sales, did you make any changes to your campaign ? If yes, then your answer is right there.

ads using whatsapp are better than check out button ads because people do not trust your web

Did you target the right audience? Does the product have quality images and videos to attract customers? and you should review that the preferences in the target are correct. sorry my english is a bit bad
