I have been using ezoic for around 2 years now. On average I get 800-1000 page views. (Entertainment news). Yesterday one of my new article went viral. I was receiving 300 page views per minute. All of these are from Google search organic. (Confirmed using GSC.)

Somehow Ezoic thinks this is invalid traffic and hold monetization. When I sent them the explanation using analytics and GSC data they sent me this reply. (When the day is over in Google analytics I had 112344 page views, in GSC it shows 99870 clicks for the keyword)

"
Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your site's data. Upon further review, our system is still detecting too much invalid traffic, and we are unable to turn the Ezoic system back on until this is fully resolved. This is because we do not want to risk losing your Google Ad Exchange account.

Please note that we will review a site's data twice every 30 days, so please ensure you have resolved the issue before requesting a new review.".

In here I don't understand "so please ensure you have resolved".
Are they asking me to deindex my trending article from Google? I'm confused

Need some help

Are you a premium member? do you have a representative you can talk to?

Not a premium member. But I will try contacting my ad manager. I have already contacted their appeal team. I think they are just sending auto generated msg

This also happens to me. The first time it happened I contacted someone from support and they turned back monetization.

Now they turned it off again due to bot traffic. A rep contacted me saying I have bot traffic. I checked stats and he's right, there is bot traffic but can't get rid of it for 10 days.

Luckily for me, Ezoic wasn't generating much anyway. So I'll probably remove it, I have Adsense now.

Yeah I also turned on adsense. Probably a bug in their system.

No, it's not a bug in my case. There is actual bot traffic, I checked, but can't get rid of it.

You need to talk to a real person there, they'll probably fix it for you in no time.
how do you check for bot traffic?

From your hosting's default traffic stats. In cpanel you get something like "Robots/Spiders visitors" in awstats.
Well my site is hosted on ezoic. In my case sadly, this is not and option. Let's see what will they reply to my support ticket.

Have you enabled bot filtering? This article has information about invalid traffic.
