There is a lot of buzz about google search API. And for the folks who don't know about it here in the picture.

Fact
Google announces an index API so that you can index your jobs / live stream sites quicker. You can index about 100 url with in hours if you are verified domain and have a Google API.
The Rank Brain Plugin offers you the same functionality I think.
But I did a simple experiment and its seems like google is not a dump.
In Fact Big G actually specifies that this is applicable only for job posting which needs rapid indexing.
So I decided to try this for a conventional site and the results are.

1) Yes the posts will be indexed and ranked immediately(I mean within hours)
2) But It will Lose rank with approximately around 3 weeks ..Since google weighs them as jobs posts.
3)I am not an expert but I test this....NB: For Everyone wondering what is this google index API ...just google it or if you have a hard time figuring I will post a detailed guide ..
4) But again my intention is that did you guys check the posts you indexed with indexing API after 3 weeks

But in my experiments, I found something useful...need some of the community input

I agree! I used google API index (with the plugin Rank Math) but, after a fast indexing of also thousands of new bulk posts, the indexing of them go back and they lose the indexed status. The "happy hour" sticks only few weeks, later most of the post will be removed from the search engine. Maybe it can change if you publish quality posts, my posts were not of good quality.

Yes, the posts which were ranking after indexing now disappeared from the search.
But again my posts were not so unique , so be that's also an issue. Anybody who have tried this method with unique posts please post you recent observation

It used to work great an year back, but now it takes some time to index my posts. My posts get deindexed sometimes, but then again indexed after a few days and stays forever (But my AI content doesn’t)

anyone tried to index with fresh domain ??
Add a news category to your site, keep it common for all posts. Use news schema and Indexing api. (A post regarding this has recently shared on the forum)

But how do you know it lost the rank because of that?

You can't jump to a conclusion so fast.
