Hello,

I just wanted to share my experience with blog commenting, and will continue to share in this thread as time progresses. As an experiment, I decided to blast a couple of my existing ezinearticles to see if blog comments could help them rank, especially by using an automated blog commenter.

I am using scrape box for automation with lots of names, emails and good, spinnable comments.

I started on Dec 3rd and got 1,500 successful comments to article 1 and 2 each (1,500 comments to each article).

Yesterday, I blasted each article with another 2000 successful comments to article 1 and 3000 successful comments to article 2.

backlinks on yahoo:
Article 1 - Dec 3rd - 1379
Article 1 - Dec 8th - 1225 ( WTF???)

Article 2 - Dec 3rd - 183
Article 2 - Dec 8th - 186

Position on Google:
Article 1 - Dec 3rd - 13
Article 1 - Dec 9th - 13

Article 2 - Dec 3 - 3
Article 2 - Dec 9 - 4

Yeah i blasted my site with some comments and its gone non existant for anything but the domain name in google. Thankfully thats all i need it there for ;) But goes to show!

Are you using keywords as "names"? Also, are you including a direct link in the comment itself?

for "name", i am using a mix of real names, keywords, and "keyword name". I am not including a direct link from within the comment itself.

Any update on this? Bought this software sometime back and planning to start asap...

Until now, it has not harmed or benefited my SERPs. I am exactly where I was when I began... i'll keep this updated if anything changes.

Is it possible that immense quantity defeats quality?

yeah it is sold on this forum
just $47 for BHW member :)

update: exactly where i was before i made the blog posts.

My conclusion thus far:
scrapebox is an excellent tool, it does exactly what it says, its fast, url harvester, etc. BUT - I do not think blog commenting is effective AT ALL (ive seen NO results) - so not sure if its a useful tool.

well before you discount it completely, do remember that google has to recrawl the blogs where you left the comments. until it recrawls those backlinks aren't update...i think

I am just wondering why so many people are inquiring about how they can get this software and the methods that you employed, especially since you show in your example that the comment spamming caused you to lose over 150 total backlinks and hurt your serps ranking as well.
