My experience with admanage

    Signed up with this network couple of months ago.

    First of all, their TOS clearly states wire payments:

    In November they told us that the only payment option they can do is paypal, which is beyond stupid considering that wire transfer is an industry standard. To get someone to actually answer our questions was a nightmare. Admanage has this management disaster where no one actually responsible for anything and no one actually doing anything to help you.

    Starting from Dec 15th our October payment was due (NET45 terms) and from this date on it was abysmal support and absolutely no effort to solve our problem.
    First of all one of the managers simply deleted us from skype, and there were constantly sayings about "we're working on your problem" "we're waiting response from correspondent person" " we're on holiday sorry" and so on.

    FINALLY at 14th of January(ONE MONTH LATE!) we got our payment via paypal. which was only $2000 out of $2500 and admanage stated that some advertiser still hadn't payed them that is why we had smaller payment(!). All we hear now is lousy excuses and no real help.

    So yeah we got scammed for $500 and had no help whatsoever.

    Admanage is horrible.
