What do you consider to be good on-page optimization for the title, description box, and tags? Also, forgive my inexperience in this department, but how is a drip-feed of backlinks different than a blast? Doesn't Google crawl them at a certain rate anyways? Or is the date of the creation of the backlinks more important than the date of when they're crawled?

when we open youtube , than home page will Open according to the country we are in.
Their are several categories on the home page.
One Category is Music on Home page in which you tube shows only 8-9 videos.

Can anyone help in putting video in that category.
already people are offering service for the same on paid basis.
