My Exact Method to Making $500 a day through Amazon (as a newbie)

Always skeptics! I didn't say that I had been making $500 since December, I said I built my site in December :)

Here is the simple breakdown of my income for the skeptical. I was getting $15 a day with 30 cent adsense clicks, while most of my keywords were on page 2 or 3. I had just started experimenting with Amazon.

I converted the entire site over to Amazon and after adding some high quality links, my traffic went from ~400 to ~4000 a day, and I went from .30 cent adsense clicks to selling $200 items on Amazon. I had my first $100 day about 2 weeks ago.
 
Well if it's the thruth what you're saying, I hope you make the same income jump in the next 3 weeks ;-)

Still sketical though... but you shouldn't give a f*ck about that ;-)

I'm not trying to be an asshole or wrongfully call you a liar in regards to whether you really make $500/day through Amazon, I'm just saying it seems highly unlikely according to your above statements. So you mean to tell me you just had your "first $100 day about 2 weeks ago," and now you're up to a consistent $500/day in that short amount of time.

Sorry, I just don't believe you.

Its all good! Like I said, I'm new, and I had a newbie monetization method, I just used adsense as a placeholder while I learned how to do amazon affiliate links. I have 150 pages of content on my site, I wrote it all that first month and a half. Once I actually added some quality links, everything blew up after getting onto page 1. I was manually doing affiliate links at the start which SUCKED!, until I learned to do the easy azon thing and refined getting them there by using some charts. I'd probably be making ~$150 in adsense clicks if I didn't convert based on traffic. Obviously the swap to Amazon has paid off though!

I actually do foresee my income going up, not all of my keywords are #1 and this is a massive niche, I also don't have affiliate links on all of the pages lol. My first Amazon link I made the night before I made that post, and I've been trying to catch up converting my website to Amazon ever since that day :p

Does it really matter what the guy makes? He took the time to write up a long post to help people out around here show some appreciation.

Aww there you go putting words in my mouth again! I never said consistent, most of my days fluctuate wildly, from $100 to lower $400's but I have indeed hit $500 a day already so I am not a liar. If we are reaching for faults here though, perhaps you could say that I'm being a bit disingenuous by not claiming a consistent amount or something? That kind of ego boost is far from the reason why I made this thread however, and I'm not selling anything. I actually regret having mentioned my income now, the only reason I did was to give others motivation as to what is possible.

Another newbie lesson. Keep your earnings private.

Is it $500 per day in advertising fees or revenue? Its kinda hard to believe that you went from 1st item to 500 a day in less than 3 weeks. But its not impossible.

And are you getting $500 on average or it was just 1 day like that. I had couple of $500 days but i am still very far from making $500 every day.

I already thanked him for taking his time to write that long post, if you would have read my first post you would have known that. All I'm saying is I find his claims of going from $100/day to $500/day in a matter of 2 weeks kinda hard to believe.

If you want to prove you are not lying about your income, why not to put a few screenshots with your traffic and amazon dashboard like Kinlee used to do in her thread - i know you could fake it with photoshop, but why would you spent time on this? :) Everybody would believe you, just like everybody believes Kinlee (damn, hope she has not faked every screenshot, she is good with photoshop! )

I have a question - you want to rank for a kw "Ford Mustang" so you crate a category named "Ford Mustang" and support articles linking to it. You said: "include these key phrases (LSI terms) in support articles" - that means you should create support article with "Best Ford Mustang" in title, in H1, somewhere in text and even in anchor text linking to "Ford Mustang" category?

it's really a good guide with alot of details.

But I'm with some of the other people here.. I cannot believe his claim of $500/day aka $15,000 a month from organic amazon affiliate.. especially in under 2 weeks? come on..

Just checked my key word density for my targeting keyword "Best Blue Widgets"
Best - 5.03
Blue - 4.47
Widgets - 3.07
Best Blue Widgets - 9.22
That's the reason my links don't work...

But most of it cause of product listings them selves.
Let say you sell 'Leather Handbags"
And on home page you have "Blue Leather Handbag", "Orange Leather Handbag", "Green Leather Handbag" etc ... - this makes the densities off. Any ideas how to avoid it?

Nice guide, I am sure this will help a handful of people(including myself).

I personally don't care what you are making, if you're making $1 a day or $500 a day. You have a method that is making you money, and if it's making you some sort of money it can definitely make you even more money if done correctly. In my opinion, if it helps someone make even 10 cents(just an example), you helped someone make some money, then it's up to them to scale it up and make even more.

Nice job on your guide and nice way to give back to the community.
 
Many people here did not even made a single dollar in IM, yet they still can talk millions of things just to s*it on someone's success.
