My ex started a competitor website with my ex-boss

No matter how absurd this sounds, it happened last week. I had met my ex at work some 7 years ago. The boss always gave her special treatment and was never really happy about how I managed to get into a relationship with her. My breakup with her coincided with me leaving the job, and she wasn't very happy about it. Anyway, no more private information.

Long story short, last week my ex started a website and advertised it all over her Facebook. She knew I have a website in the same niche. And what's worse, in the "team members" page there's my ex boss as the co-founder.

I have to believe that this is what you could call a Website Rivalry (all the rage back in 2010s. Jk). The website is a local clothing shop, same as mine. They've been investing a lot in ads.

Why this dire step? Main business isn't booming I guess.

I cannot wait to strategically take their website out of competition. In terms of copy, product choices, and site design theirs is pretty much a dumpster fire, as expected. It'll be easy. Though I will not be overspending, especially when they're not ranking (just a week old website), I'll be publishing some really good articles with juicy keywords to make sure their website is always below mine.

Purely white hat SEO stuff, of course.

BHW should put up a filter that moves every single post with the word "Girlfriend" to the lounge automatically. And while we're at it, why not have a section within the lounge called "Weekend thoughts".

My bad, it was definitely a lounge post. Totally skipped my mind. Btw shower thoughts is better.

Definitely not. I don't know how to do negative SEO on a competitor anyway. This simply gives me a chance to improve my own site because I have a personal competitor now instead of all the random webmasters.
