My emails Ending on Hotmail Spam Folder

Hi Guys, I want to consult the email marketing experts on the forum

I am trying to send emails (white hat) to my subscribers but my emails are ending on the spam folder

I tried to use Moosend and they went straight to spam on gmail

Now I am trying to use Mailerlite and my emails go straight to the spam folder on hotmail, outlook etc

I read other users are also complaining about this in Mailerlite.

I updated the DKIM and SPF but it is still happening.

I am not using images, text only, avoiding spammy words, etc

Can you please tell how to fix this?

How many are you sending? Hotmail have limits per IP address if I remember correctly. You have to drip send to Hotmail.

It is happening with only 1 email. I am not uploading more subscribers until I solve this, otherwise I will be wasting time, money etc

You should also setup correct revDNS with the name of your MX host as FQDN.
Also you can check if your IP is blacklisted with SpamHouse.

I am having problems with one my emails where everything goes into the spam folder. The hosting provider told me to do a test via mail-tester.com. Did a few tests with different content and I am always getting a 10/10 score.

Hotmail is a wh*re. I have always had trouble inboxing with them. I have used Aweber and Getresponse.
