I use shitty bluehost and many people using gmail /hotmail never receive my emails.....

Apart from the hosting, make sure that your message is not spammy. Use this https://glockapps.com/ to check and see the deliverability of your messages.

It's very important to not use spammy words and avoid sensitive niches (porn, anything adult related, gambling, etc.) at least with the hosting companies out there until you use your own server if you are in such niches of course.
