My Ecommerce website is only indexed using the URL Inspection tool

My online store is never indexed in Google except by using the Google URL Inspection tool.
What is the solution to this problem?

I want it to index automatically, not manually

- use indexing services (speed-links.net, omegaindexer, indexers from BHW's marketplace, etc)
- build links (even internal ones) to the pages you want to rank
- send social signals (tweets, FB shares, pins, etc) to those pages
- publish content regularly (google likes sites that are updated regularly)
- get constant traffic from reddit and quora (google likes sites that are popular)
- get a few quality backlinks from big sites in your niche (if possible)
- make your content useful to users, extremely relevant to the intent of the keyword, and well optimized

In general, make sure you have a quality site that's being updated regularly and google will crawl and index it frequently
