My eBay Journey

Hey all,

Been lurking the forums for quite some time and have tried my own SEO ventures in the past with some success.

Decided to try out the Amazon - eBay methods as a project using stealth eBay / PayPal accounts. My goal is to earn $5000 - $10,000 p/m, that being said it's more for my own learning at the moment and i'm intersted to see where I can take it. The investment so far has been $50 for a verified eBay/Paypal account, US proxy, US phone # and US address.

The idea I have is:

-Start with 1 account and build up reputation over a few sales. Account has $500 and 10 item limit at the moment.
-Sell Amazon items that I can make $10 - $15 profit on.
-After first 10 sales I should have ~$150 profit - use these funds to get more verified accounts (easier this was as I am based in Australia)
-Rinse repeat until I have first 10 accounts and proven products to sell for income
-Upgrade to VPS hosting for eBay accounts
-Outsource the job of listing items - this will allow me more time to focus on transactions
-Each eBay account will be linked to it's own Paypal account. Once this account reaches $8000 in transactions it will be swapped out to avoid SSN requests from Paypal.
-Small transactions will be made each week on the Paypal account for things like Prepaid credit cards etc or other investments
-Gradually build up transactions to be larger
-Large payments will be sent to another PayPal outgoing account - this account will be swapped between a pool of 5 - 10 accounts to avoid paypal bans
-Outgoing accounts will slowly build transactions as well. Eventually do a large purchase from the Paypal account for something I can then sell from a legit account or locally (i.e. purcahse $2000 TV that I can then sell to a friend or on classifieds).

That's the plan so far. Let me know what you think. Eventuall want to build this up to ~50 accounts that I can interchange if one is banned.

First 2 accounts have been verified. 2 VMs setup with private proxies and first 2 items listed. I've started with an Auction price rather then a buy it now to avoid any account issues.

The OP is planning a rather elaborate system for a number of reasons but the profit making setup is simple.

Basically, he/she will list items on eBay for higher than he can buy them on Amazon.

When somebody buys an item from him on eBay he will order it on Amazon and have the item shipped directly to the eBay buyer.

Even after eBay and PayPal fees there is a positive difference between eBay and Amazon, this is the profit for the OP.

Profit is often around 5/10 USD$ per each item sold. The more items he sells the more money he makes.

This idea is easier to do right now. So many apps available with auto re-pricer, monitor price, and ordering from amazon. Such dsmtools, profitscraper, etc.
