My E bay Account Permanently banned

My E bay account is permanently banned. Does this effect the rest of the accounts of my family members due to the same wifi IP ?

Does eBay track the paypal address as well. I have updated my pay-pal address already that associated with ebay, so is it okay to use it ?

PayPal yes they might ban family on same ip probably not unless they use same PayPal

It might happen. A friend used my Ebay account for buying things he resold on his account. When his account got a limit yeats later it was also applied to my account. We didn't even lived in the same household.

No nothing was linked. I guess they tracked that the accounts have been accessed from the same devices and IPs. I just checked my emails, it happened 2012. It translates to something like this:

Based on your activities and account information we assume your account might be connected to otheraccountname. The other account has been restricted or doesn't meet the minimum standards so we reduced your sales limit. You are only allowed to sell 15 articles or for 800€ per month, depending on what happens first.

Call them. Ask what is going on, ask for reactviate, they are more likely to do something when hear real voice. You can even buy gig on fiverr and someone calls for you if you describe your problem
