how can i get my domain back?

Confirmed , your hosting company is offline, I just did a traceroute to your host I got from your whois info and it responded as down. Nothing oyu can do other than bitch to them and hope they come back online.

or god! >.< is there any way i can get my domain back?

can i sue them for this or something, its awfull!

This is why I have 2 hosting companies and buy my domains through a 3rd. This way if my host goes down I can change the DNS to my backup server and my site will only be down for a short time. Won't help now but something to consider for the future. Hope it gets resolved for you quickly.
