My domain has been banned from google adwords system.
Please show me how to set up a new campaign google adwords to not ban my website .
I've been using VPS and proxy to setup it on another account but still detected and banned my website.

Are you sure its not because you haven't paid your bill?

I don't think there is a way to setup another account with your site, i think they maintain their list of banned sites on a central database.

Adwords is not a free service any proxy will not help if you don't make the payment.
